The challenge

Re-design of the Experience Center into a more human oriented and retail centered design.


WT interactive was responsible for the whole process from concept, customer journey mapping, spacial design, production and installation. Creating both all the digital and physical elements. From walls covered in decorative moss to interactive touch-displays from which the user can learn more about the Shimano products.
